Discover the Piccard BRUSH-KARTTM Versions

Piccard Divers following a flexible approach based on varying customer needs offers the equipment in seven versions, as well as the triple head separately, in order to accommodate different needs and budgets. The complete Piccard Brush-KartTM version is offered with a propeller polishing head and essential consumables and spare parts.
NOTE: There is no difference in terms of effectiveness between the different versions. The concept of the Piccard Brush-KartTM and Propeller Polisher Underwater Hull Cleaning Equipment remains the same.

Version 1

The Complete Piccard BRUSH-KARTTM Version.
Autonomous and ready to operate.

Includes:

  • Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head with couplings
  • Power Pack including:
    • Diesel Motor
    • Oil tank with panel, couplings, filter, hoses etc.
    • Two pumps (one for the triple head and one for the polish head)
    • Air compressor with filter for two divers’ breath (with diver’s hose with regulator)
    • Inox diver’s tank
    • Davit for lifting and lowering of Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head
  • Propeller polish head with hoses and consumables
  • Hoses
  • Essential consumables

The above Power Pack is also offered without the air compressor.

Version 2

Includes:

  • Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head with couplings
  • Oil Tank with panel, connections, oil filter, hydraulics etc.
  • Two Pumps (one for triple head, one for polish head) with flanges
  • Hoses
  • Essential consumables

It only needs a motor of 49 HP (purchased locally) or connection to the diving boat engine.

Version 3

To start your hull cleaning business!

Includes:

  • Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head with couplings
  • Essential consumables

Piccard Divers will provide the Powerpack specifications in order for the customer to proceed to new construction or use of own powerpack.

Electric Version

The alternative Complete Piccard Brush-KartTM Version using the vessel’s current (380, 440V) or generator 30KW. Ready to operate and easily transferable.

  • Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head with couplings
  • Elecrtic Power Pack
  • Hoses
  • Essential consumables
  • Propeller polish head with hoses and consumables

Double Electric Version

Suitable for cleaning bigger vessels.

Operating two Piccard Brush-KartTM triple heads at the same time minimizing the cleaning time, with total output 6,000 m2/h, using vessel’s current (380-440V) or a 60 KW generator.

Includes:

  • 2 pcs Piccard Brush-KartTM triple heads with couplings
  • 2 pcs Electric Power Pack, placed on an iron skid (frame)
  • 2 sets of Hoses
  • 2 pcs Davits for lifting and lowering of Piccard Brush-KartTM triple head
  • 2 pcs Propeller Polish Heads with hoses and consumables
  • Essential consumables

Mini Piccard
BRUSH-KARTTM triple head

The smaller Version of the triple head with output 1,600-1,800m2/h in stripes of 0.90mtrs.

It is connected to the same Power Pack of the Classic Piccard Brush-KartTM equipment with the same hoses and uses the same consumables and spare parts. It is available in all above versions.

Double Complete Version with one Diesel Power Pack

Suitable for cleaning bigger vessels

Operating two Piccard Brush-KartTM triple heads at the same time, with total output: 6,000 m2/h, using one Diesel motor Power Pack. Autonomous and ready to operate

Includes:

  • 2 pcs Piccard Brush-KartTM triple heads with couplings
  • 1 pc Power Pack with one Diesel Motor, oil tank, two pumps
  • 2 pcs Davits for lifting and lowering of the Piccard Brush-KartTM triple heads
  • 2 sets of Hoses
  • Essential consumables

Availability of two propeller polish heads along with hoses and consumables.

Consumables and spare parts

We provide a wide range of consumables and spare parts such as brushes, oscillating brush holders, wheels, motors, flanges etc. which are always in stock for our customers and can be sent immediately worldwide.

The brushes and the forward wheels are suitable for all kinds of fouling and for silicon paints.
